An investment in knowledge pays the best interest, a well-known quote that is true to the core. This investment can be put by us or given to share with others. It’s been almost two months and every weekend when I start teaching my class for an hour, it still keeps energizing me as I said earlier.
Today I am writing to you guys to tell you that Boddhi Tree Foundation has started spreading its wings and we are connecting across so many wonderful places across India. When I heard about the classes commencing for the Jammu batch I was thrilled, I really wanted to be a part of the platform but unfortunately, I was stuck with my schedule tight on weekdays and the vacancies for faculty filled up.
Luckily just today I found there were still posts left for senior faculty and I decided to wait no more and send my message. Though it is on a Thursday and I am stuck with classes but still what is life without challenges and the art of managing it. So if I am selected, I would have a great opportunity to meet a lot more kids and interact.
To everyone reading this starting from a kid to an adult, I would like to say the best gift to present to any human life form is to spread knowledge and positivity. You can do it through any medium, platform, or path but make sure you definitely do it. It’s not about how much you do it but are you doing it? Creating an impact in someone’s life, especially kids is a gift. If you think in-depth, question yourself when was the last time you created an impact surrounding your premise? When was the last time you did something to relax and rejoice in yourself by performing an act of kindness with selfless love and concern to the person you are talking to?
Let me tell you one thing, you might want to ask me why did I mention an act that relaxes or rejoices us while we perform it definitely involves work that needs to be done properly with organizing our daily life schedule. So here’s the thing, believe me, or not but all around the time I spent time at Boddhi Tree Foundation teaching the one kid I had, I never actually stressed or thought it was work that killed my time.
Turns out even after being a student in college with regular classes and a very busy curriculum with fellowships, competitions, and working on much other stuff including studying and reading one of my favorite books and writing a book as well, I still had time that I could use more.
So to everyone who thinks you are all super busy, you might definitely be, but it’s my request to you all to check out your schedule one day and honestly look into it and see how much time you are genuinely busy. You will definitely find at least five to ten minutes of the day or even more than an hour free for yourself to relax. So why not spend it somewhere you relax and spread happiness in someone else’s life. So be it teaching a kid or helping an elder person, please continue these little acts of kindness because every act creates a ripple that spreads a little in the entire ocean and it does create a beautiful sight.
